Hhbd1 Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

Hhbd1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, games, promotions, and transactions on the hhbd1 platform.

Key terms used in this document:

• "User" or "Member" — Any individual who has registered on hhbd1 or is using the platform.
• "Account" — A user's personal profile and balance on hhbd1.
• "Bet" — The activity of placing money on any game or event.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional offer or reward granted by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The requirement to wager a specified amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

To use the hhbd1 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

Registration Process

During registration, you will need to provide a valid mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Once your account is activated, hhbd1 will send you a verification code. As part of identity verification, a copy of your national ID or passport may be requested.

You are solely responsible for the security of your hhbd1 account. The following rules are mandatory:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
• You are responsible for all bets and transactions made from your account.
• Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
• Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi.

Hhbd1 will never ask for your password by phone or email. If you receive any such communication, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on the hhbd1 platform:

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• All deposit funds must be from a legitimate source; hhbd1 reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24–72 hours to process.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 50,000 (different limits apply for VIP members).

Hhbd1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A wagering requirement of typically 10x–30x must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and must be used for betting.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Bonus offers are time-limited; they will expire if not used within the specified period.
• Hhbd1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules must be followed when participating in the hhbd1 Sports Betting section:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• Participating in match fixing or any other form of dishonest activity is strictly prohibited.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed on those odds will be considered void.
• Accounts displaying suspicious betting patterns will be subject to investigation.

Live Betting

Odds change in real time during Live Betting. If the server confirms different odds after a bet is submitted, the bet will either be accepted at the new odds or cancelled — hhbd1's decision on this matter is final.

Involvement in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Any transaction involving money laundering or funds of illegal origin.
• Betting or gaming using hacking, software bots, or automated systems.
• Exploiting platform technical errors dishonestly.
• Using another member's identity or submitting forged identification documents.
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Spreading false or misleading information about hhbd1.
